June was a fantastic month for PlayStation subscribers. The Essential deals were just OK, but Sony added some great games for Extra and Premium, including more PS2 classics. While it was a good month for PS Plus subscribers, many are hoping July will be even better. Here are the PS Plus games release date in July 2024 along with exciting leaks and nine games known to disappear.

As mentioned, it's been a fantastic month for the PlayStation community. Sony added the best Tomb Raider ever to PS Plus, which is also available on the PSN store, LEGO Horizon Adventures was announced at Summer Game Fest with a simultaneous release for PC and Nintendo Switch, and the 10/10 Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC is now available for everyone.

All of that is fantastic, but soon Sony will be lifting the curtain on PS Plus new releases in July 2024. One game may have already leaked, and a big farewell is planned for next month.

PS Plus leaks from July 2024

A possible leak for PS Plus in July 2024 is the release of TimeSplitters as a PS2 classic. This comes courtesy of Gematsu, who reported on Twitter that the game has been released for PS4 and PS5 in Taiwan.

While not guaranteed, Gematsu also leaked other PS Plus additions prior to the announcement, such as UP, by finding game reviews in Taiwan. Assuming TimeSplitters is correct, it would be another PS2 classic that is part of Premium, but should be available independently on the PSN store, similar to other PS1 and PS2 classics.
