Louisville will play against international competition in the 2024 Baha Mar Hoops Summer League.

“I'm excited for our team to compete in the Baha Mar Hoops Summer League in just a few weeks,” Kelsey said. “We have added so many new players to our program and the practice and playing time this trip will provide us is invaluable to our team. It will be an important time for us on the court, but it will also give us plenty of opportunities to develop off the court.”

The Cardinals will arrive at the Baha Mar Convention, Arts & Entertainment Center at the Baha Mar Resort in Nassau, Bahamas on Sunday, July 28. UofL will play two games and return home on Friday, August 2.

The international opponents for the two games have not yet been determined.

The last time the Cards left the country was in August 2015 to play a series against the national teams of Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic in Puerto Rico. Before the 2015 trip, the UofL took a trip to the Bahamas in August 2011.

The team will train at home for 10 days before heading out on the road. It will be the first of two trips the Cards will make to the Bahamas this season. They will return to play in Battle 4 Atlantis on November 27-29.
