NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State Volleyball is offering three different camps in July for a wide range of age groups and ability levels.

Two three-day camps will take place from July 8 to 10.

Little Demons Camp runs from 9am to 12pm and offers participants an introduction to the sport of volleyball, learning to develop their skills in the game and, most importantly, having fun playing. The cost to participate is $175 per participant ages 6 to 12.

The afternoon session from 1pm to 4pm is for a more experienced group ages 13 to 18. The All Skills Camp offers more sophisticated drills and improves all aspects of the game of volleyball. The registration fee for the camp is also $175.

On July 12, the Demons will host a prospect camp for all high school players entering 9th grade or higher. It will last one day from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and the registration fee is $150 per camper.

Prospect Camp provides a deeper look into the college volleyball training program and experience and provides greater insight into what it takes to play volleyball at the next level.

All camps take place at Prather Coliseum under the direction of the head coach who has been in office for 10 years. Sean Kiracofe and assistant coach Cara MacFarland with additional support from current members of the NSU volleyball team.
