EA Sports has unveiled its highly anticipated list of the top 100 players featured in its College Football 25 Video game due out next week.

Michigan cornerback Will Johnson is the game's highest-ranked player with a total score of 96, followed by LSU left tackle Will Campbell (96) and Oklahoma State running back Ollie Gordon II (96). Liberty running back Quinton Cooley rounds out the top 100 with a total score of 90.

EA Sports gave each player an overall rating and released five additional base ratings – speed, acceleration, power, awareness and leaping ability. The top 100 featured eight quarterbacks, four of whom are SEC prospects, two of whom compete in the Big 12 and one each in the Big Ten and Conference USA.

Without further ado, here are the top-rated quarterbacks in College Football 25:

Kaidon Salter throws a pass

The reigning Conference USA MVP is back at Liberty for his second season as the Flames' full-time starter. In 2023, Salter threw for 2,876 yards and ran for 1,089 yards, leading Liberty to a 13-1 record and an appearance in the Fiesta Bowl.

Among the eight quarterbacks ranked in the top 100 players, Salter has the best jump rating at 90. Prepare to press the triangle button to put defenders in College Football 25.

Jayhawks quarterback Jalon Daniels celebrates his touchdown

Jay Biggerstaff-USA TODAY Sports

Daniels was named Big 12 Preseason Offensive Player of the Year last summer, but was only able to play in three games due to a back injury. When healthy, however, he was must-see TV, scoring 31 touchdowns and rushing for 13 more runs in 25 games in Lawrence.

Fortunately, injury controls can be turned off in the video game. And hopefully Daniels can stay healthy in 2024 to show all of college football what he's capable of.

Mississippi Rebels quarterback Jaxson Dart celebrates after a win

Brett Davis-USA TODAY Sports

Dart, who has perhaps the most fitting last name for a quarterback in college football, is coming off the best year of his career, passing for 3,364 yards, 23 touchdowns and five interceptions in 13 games for Ole Miss.

The Rebels will go as far as Dart can take them in 2024. This also applies to the video game version of Dart.

Crimson Tide quarterback Jalen Milroe warms up before a game against Michigan

Jayne Kamin-Oncea-USA TODAY Sports

In his first season as a full-time starter under center in Tuscaloosa, Milroe threw for 2,834 yards, 23 touchdowns and six interceptions. He is expected to make another leap in his second year under new coach Kalen DeBoer.

Milroe is the highest-rated athlete of the top eight quarterbacks in the video game, receiving the highest grades in speed (91), acceleration (93), and power (75).

After three years at UCF and two at Oklahoma, Gabriel transferred to Oregon for his final season of eligibility to take over the reins from Bo Nix under coach Dan Lanning.

EA Sports gave Gabriel the highest attention rating of any quarterback (99 overall). Gabriel is one of two players in the entire game, along with Old Dominion linebacker Jason Henderson, to achieve an attention rating of 99.

Longhorns quarterback Quinn Ewers throws a pass

John David Mercer-USA TODAY Sports

Ewers decided to return to Texas for a third year after leading the Longhorns to their first College Football Playoff appearance last season. In 2023, he threw for 3,479 yards with 22 touchdowns and six interceptions – good for a passer rating of 158.6.

Ewers is one of the game's three cover athletes, along with Colorado two-way player Travis Hunter and Michigan running back Donovan Edwards. And yes, Ewers' backup quarterback Arch Manning will appear in the video game after initially declining the invitation. It is unknown if his uncle Manning's famous “Omaha!” indicator will be used at the line of scrimmage in College Football 25.

Carson Beck speaks with an officer

Brett Davis-USA TODAY Sports

Beck is determined to lead Georgia back to the College Football Playoff after narrowly missing out last year for the first time since 2020. In 14 games as a junior, Beck led the SEC with 3,941 passing yards while throwing 24 touchdowns and six interceptions.

Beck is Georgia's third-highest-rated player in the video game, behind safety Malaki Starks (95 overall) and right guard Tate Ratledge (95).

Buffaloes quarterback Shedeur Sanders celebrates his touchdown

Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

The top-ranked quarterback in College Football 25? Shedeur Sanders.

After passing for 3,230 yards and 27 touchdowns in 11 games last season, Sanders earned an overall rating of 93, with an awareness rating of 98 and an acceleration rating of 85. College Football 25 also includes Sanders' signature “Show the Ice” cheer, something that is only possible in the video game when playing as the Buffaloes. And rightly so.
